Prepare. Monitor your KPI’s. Continuously assess the risks. Manage the workload. Make a choice and adjust if needed. Learn from it. Repeat. PDCA.

Safety is the highest priority in Aviation. If it goes wrong, it can easily really go very wrong. To succeed in staying safe you have to take it seriously. Train, to get it in your DNA.
It is a perishable skill that needs a mentality change, continuous dedication and focus.

I believe it is the road to success. Not just in safety, but in life. And if you do use this approach, sky is the limit!
